Jean, thank you so much! I just saw your comment:) The highest I've reached so far is 65, but it's not consistent. Consistent one is about 55 (excluding errors.)
I played typeracer, it's a lot fun. Now we'll do "letters invaders". Thanks so much again!

Maya: Sorry--we don't know anything about typing software. For me personally, I was able to increase my speed a lot by playing a game called "Letter Invaders." It was like Space Invaders, but instead of aliens, words would come down the screen and you had to type them in order to destroy them. I don't know if that's still available, but something like that might help.

Guys, what is the best way to improve my speed? I'm 40 wpm right now, and I need to become 70 wpm like in three weeks. I have two typing softwares: MB and Tping DX. Anything else that I should know?

Plus, how to improve my accuracy?

Thank you so much!

I got 100 WPM first try, but it went downhill from there. Eventually I was at 75 WPM! Obviously taking a typing test over and over isn't going to improve my score.

I use the Dvorak keyboard layout too, so it gives me an edge. Here's a link to the Wikipedia entry for Dvorak: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvorak_Simplified_Keyboard

My last try I got 95 WPM so I could take a screen shot. :-)

I've since discovered that lots of people I know are super fast, by playing TypeRacer against some of our Twitter friends. (http://play.typeracer.com/). I had no idea that 70 wpm could be considered slow!
